Depending on your browser and OS, you may have to “right-click” to bring up a contextual menu (on a mac with only one button, it would be “control-click”). From there you would choose ‘save link as’ or ‘download linked file’ or something of that sort. Because they are files that many browsers can just play, you actually have to tell it to save/download it to your machine rather than play it for you.

Can’t download unless Quicktime Pro is purchased…no other option to download is given. Tried both IE and Firefox browsers. What next?

I’m sorry Dick, but how exactly are you required to purchase quicktime pro? If you’re looking to convert the file to some other format, try MPEG Steamclip (available for both mac and windows here: http://www.squared5.com/ ) H.264 is fast becoming the most popular codec for web-hosted video and quicktime happens to be the easiest wrapper for me to use but you may convert them to whatever you need with free tools.
